Fukuzumi, who leads the 2017 GP3 drivers’ standings and won the first race of the season at Barcelona last month, set the best time of the day and of the whole two-day test – a 1m31.943s.
The 20-year-old’s fastest lap came towards the end of the morning session and he was the only driver to dip below the 1m32s barrier.
Renault F1 academy member Aitken ended up second quickest, 0.06s slower than Fukuzumi’s best time, ahead of Tuesday pace-setter Russell.
Raoul Hyman was the quickest driver in the afternoon session, but did not improve his best time and finished fourth fastest for Campos Racing.
Leonardo Pulcini, who finished on the podium in his maiden GP3 outing with second place in race one in Spain, beat his Arden International teammate Niko Kari to the fifth fastest time.
Giuliano Alesi was seventh quickest on day two, as the son of former F1 race winner Jean Alesi edged out his Trident teammate Dorian Boccolacci.
Haas F1 development driver Santino Ferrucci and double Barcelona podium finisher Alessio Lorandi rounded out the top 10, with all drivers setting their best times during the morning running.
The next round of the 2017 GP3 season will take place on 8-9 July, when the series re-joins the F1 support bill at the Austrian Grand Prix.
