ADHESIONS TO THE 3000 PRO SERIES GROW: SIXTEEN THE TOTAL SINGLE-SEATERS TO THE SECOND ROUND ON IMOLA
Rome In view of the second appointment of the season disputing in Imola on 14/15 May, adhesions to the 3000 Pro Series go up to sixteen. To the thirteen cars at the start of the Vallelunga race last April, three more are to join. As previously announced the single-seater of I Motori di Carlotta entrusts Glauco Solieri as pilot and the two Lolas B99/50 of Carlin Motorsport give the task to Basil Shaaban and Khalil Beschir, therefore demonstrating a constant growth and a positive response of both teams and pilots, Italians and foreigners.
On Imola's circuit Fausto Ippiliti (ADM Motorsport) will do his best to win this race, after scoring a second place in Vallelunga right behind Timo Lienemann (Draco Junior Team), with Jackson Dominik finishing third.
Imola's weekend of races will also see on track the Formula Renault 2.0 Italia, the Renault Clio Cup Italia, the Formula Junior 1.6 and the ETCS (Endurance Touring Cars Series). The support of both Dunlop, sponsor of ETCS, and Renault Italy has helped the organizers, Peroni Promotion Incentive, to launch a brand new promotion over these days: 50.000 free tickets are being distributed through Renault Dealers in Emilia Romagna and SuperService, Dunlop's sale network in Italy.
