After a successful move from karting to single-seaters this year, Daruvala will continue his journey in his second year of formula racing, driving in three different championships.
Before the season kick starts in Europe, the Indian will compete in the Toyota Racing Series in New Zealand next month for reigning champion outfit M2 Competition.
He joins teammate Lando Norris, Pedro Piquet and Ferrari protege Guan Yu Zhou, and will be aiming for not only race wins but also his first single-seater title.
Daruvala will then head off to Europe to continue in the Formula Renault 2.0 NEC championship, along with a full season of Eurocup.
For 2016, the Indian teen will switch teams from Fortec Motorsports to current champions Josef Kaufmann Racing after successful pre-season testing with the German team.
Josef Kaufmann, boss and owner of JKR said: “We were very impressed with Jehan’s performance this year.
"We arranged for a test with him and we were really happy with how we worked together. We are confident that we will be running up front in 2016," he added.
“I am looking forward to an early start with the series in New Zealand in 2016," said Daruvala.
"It’s great that I have a very competitive teammate [Lando Norris]. I am sure that we will be able to push each other to keep improving.
Norris will not only be Daruvala's teammate in the Toyota series, but also in the NEC and Eurocup championships.
