SECOND ANNUAL rec.autos.sport.f1 GET-TOGETHER --------------------------------------------- *** IMPORTANT UPDATE ***

Would you like to meet some of your friends (and adversaries!) from rec.autos.sport.f1? Put some faces to the names? Enjoy a lively evening of discussion along the themes of the Canadian Grand Prix? And even have a fine meal while you're doing all this?

Last year about thirty people were at our get-together at Cabane Grecque on the Friday of the Grand Prix. A good time was had by all there, and we'd like to renew the experience. Instead of moving to a noisy bar afterwards, though, we can stay at the same place as late as everyone wants.

Location: Globe 3451 St. Laurent Blvd (just North of Sherbrooke Street) Date: Friday, 09 June 1995 Time: 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm (or later!) Dinner: 8:00 pm (order by 7:30 pm) Cost range: C$15-25 plus drinks Attire: Casual (yes, that means that jeans and shorts are OK)

If you would like to attend, either for dinner or afterwards, please send your name (or a list of names if you're arriving in a group), email address and whether you're going to be there for dinner to f1gt@motorsport.com.

We will take care of registrations and nametags for the event, but we do need to know the names of the people in advance.
