With the announcement, Motorsport.com-CANADA becomes the Company’s 16th edition of the most-read motorsports digital platform in the world.
Entry into market expands Motorsport.com’s world-class editorial coverage into all Canadian Provinces and Territories while launching its digital platform in both English and French versions.
The decision furthers the Company’s strategy of splitting its content into autonomous multiple language-based platforms, which will geo-target and tailor its comprehensive motorsports coverage by region.
The new English-language region joins those already diversified in Australia, India and the UK.
“Branching out our global platform into regional bureaus in Canada is a true testament to our diverse viewership and technologically capabilities,” said Eric Gilbert, Chief Product Officer, Motorsport.com. “Thanks to our in-house product development team of engineers and programmers, Motorsport.com is seamlessly able to add extra content, in multiple languages, reaching a more targeted race fan across countries.”
The Canadian office begins operations immediately.
