Hollywood, CA (March 16, 2001) - The SpeedFreaks have finished moppin' up The Pits from last Sunday night's raucous "throw down" with NHRA's Top Fueler Larry Dixon, ASA/NASCAR teenage pilot Brandon Miller and Freestyle MX tag team of Mike Cinqmars and Micky Dymond...Only to get ready for another monumental thrasher this weekend with IHRA President Bill Bader, Pro Mod God Johnny Rocca and ARCA/Busch, and soon to be Winston Cup Pilot, Shawna Robinson...mammoth!
"The great folks at Cox Marketing, representing Aaron's and Michael Waltrip Racing asked if we could slide the tri-series driving, Hawkeye native, Shawna Robinson, in The Freaks Pits this Sunday...done," said SpeedFreaks' camp counselor Kenny Sargent. "Other than the SpeedFreaks, there is not a radio or TV show fuel cell big enough to hold IHRA chief Bill Bader, his Native American Pro Mod bad ass Johnny Rocca and a mother of two who's ready to kick the "hick" out of the Winston Cup boys."
SpeedFreaks are the number one Sunday Night Sports talk show in Los Angeles kicking the tires all four sports stations combined in the all important men 18 to 49 demo. They're part of SBN&P and can be heard every Sunday Night on Los Angeles' KLSX 97.1 FM, Dallas-Ft. Worth's KYNG 105.3 FM and everyday on the Speedvision Satellite Network and at www.speedfreaks.TV.
