North Star Motorsports, Inc. is actively seeking sponsorship for the 1996 racing season. Below are the highlights of our sponsorship program. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
THE SERIES: ARTGO Challenge Series and Hooter's Late Model Series * Features professional drivers competing at tracks throughout the midwest U.S. * Competitions held in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kansas and Missouri
EXPOSURE FOR SPONSORS * Name and logo on race car and trailer * TELEVISION - twenty-two half hour shows broadcast on cable networks to a subscriber base of over 4.8 million households (television coverage also includes North and South Dakota) * 200,000 in direct spectator attendance * Press releases to periodicals with a combined circulation base of over 500,000 * INTERNET - Sponsor acknowledgement on the home web page maintained by North Star Motorsports (see http://www.i-t-group.com/i-t-group/nsm.html) * Big Brother/Big Sister Honorary Pit Crew Member program * Displays at trade and auto shows such as Minneapolis Auto Show * Team newsletter mailed to all sponsor sites * Any other promotional ideas your advertising department may have

TERMS * Sponsorship agreements may be negotiated for any portion of the annual operating budget and may be on a fixed price or contingency basis. * Sponsorship agreements typically cover a period of twelve months
