Through sheer determination, Alex Albon has worked against the odds to rejuvenate his image and rebound from adversity. This year was his best example of this yet.

Coming off a disastrous first Formula 2 campaign with ART in 2017, Albon began the season with just a race-by-race deal with DAMS and ended it with a 2019 Formula 1 seat. It's a remarkable story.
