Fusion Racing with MSR Announces Associate Sponsor for 2006

(Abbotsford BC) 10 March 06 --After the team took a strong podium finish earlier this week in Mexico City, Fusion Racing with MSR Managing Partner Dennis Bainbridge announced today that Quantex Capital Corporation, a US based equity investment firm, will be a significant associate sponsor on the #6 Riley-Lexus for the 2006 season.

Quantex is a publicly traded company (QCPC:NBQ Pink Sheets), which owns a substantial holding in Samlex America, a niche oriented manufacturer and distributor of a variety of commercial, industrial and consumer power supply products such as inverters, converters, regulators and chargers. In recent weeks they also signed a memorandum of understanding to purchase 51% of Samlex Europe, a company with similar products but operating in the European market.

Quantex president Evan Baergen said considering the business of Quantex's largest holding, he felt the sponsorship was a good way for the company to get its message out and attract potential investors.

"Samlex produces and distributes many power supply products that people can utilize in their daily lives and part of our goal is to get investors to relate to what our businesses do. This is a great opportunity to let people know about Quantex and the companies we have invested in," Baergen said.

Bainbridge added the sponsorship was a great fit with the title sponsor of the car being Canadian-based wealth management and investment banking group Graydon Elliott.

"We felt that both sponsors would benefit from this right from day one and everyone is looking forward to a great season of racing and working on new opportunities for their businesses," Bainbridge said.
