FISK ELECTRIC JOINS GODSTONE RANCH MOTORSPORTS AS ROLEX 24 TITLE SPONSOR

Dallas, Texas - January 20th, 2010 - Godstone Ranch Motorsports and the Texas Heart Institute are proud to announce that Fisk Electric Company will be joining the team as its title sponsor for the 48th running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. By joining a group of more than 20 trusted partners, Fisk Electric will be supporting the Texas Heart Institute in its mission to reduce the devastating toll of cardiovascular disease through innovative programs in research, education and improved patient care.

Since 1913, Fisk has been one of the nation's leading providers for the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions. Some of its recent projects include the City Centre in Las Vegas, NV, the Minute Maid Park in Houston, TX, and the Miami Airport. Fisk Electric will now proudly display its logo on the team's #07 Corvette at the historic 24 hour event.

The team's drivers, John McCutchen II, Davy Jones, Paul Edwards and Scott Russell got a chance to try out their brand new Corvette last week at the Roar Before the 24 where they completed a successful three day test in preparation for the race. The team is now making the final preparations to compete at the Rolex 24 on January 30 - 31 where Tony Dowe, one of the most successful race engineers in sports car history, will be in the pits directing the team.

Larry Brookshire Chairman, Fisk Electric Company

"As a friend of Dr. Denton Cooley and a long time admirer and advocate of the ongoing work and tremendous accomplishments of both Dr. Cooley and the Texas Heart Institute I am honored to lend my support and the good name of our Company, Fisk Electric, to this most worthy endeavor.

Albeit on an entirely different and much more materialistic scale, Fisk Electric Company has been a landmark pioneer and innovator in its field as well. When electricity officially arrived in Houston in 1899, by 1913 Fisk Electric was on its way wiring and installing electric lighting across the city. Be it wiring the San Jacinto Monument in 1938; the world's first domed stadium, the Astrodome in 1965; or the nation's largest privately funded construction project, the $8.5 billion Las Vegas CityCentre in 2009, Fisk has proven time and again why it is world class in its field.

Fisk has enjoyed and appreciates its relationship with Texas Heart Institute over many years involving many projects. With our joint Texas heritage and dedication to excellence, it is indeed my privilege to support the continuing research and discovery of the Texas Heart Institute."

John McCutchen II #07 Godstone Ranch Motorsports / Team MBR / LRPG / Corvette

"In a down economy, having a company like Fisk Electric join our group and lend a hand to help a worthy cause reminds us of how great this country is. Fisk is an international company that has been involved with some of the world's biggest electrical projects and we are justifiably proud to be able to have them as a title sponsor of our #07 "heart" car.

We've gotten an amazing response to this project, which, comes as no real surprise considering the loyal following of both Dr. Cooley and the Texas Heart Institute. At the end of the day money is what makes the race cars go around and so we are very thankful that we have been able to put together a group of over 20 trusted partners who have raised a significant amount of money for this effort. Now it's time to go out there give everybody a great result at the Rolex 24!"
