KEVIN YORK ON PACE WITH NEW TEAM AT DAYTONA TESTING
New team, new car, new co-driver -- no problem.

With many new and challenging firsts to encounter, Kevin York traveled to Daytona International Speedway recently for pre-season testing for the Grand Am's KONI Challenge Series.

With his new team, Compass360/Racing, Kevin had a new group of crew members and driving teammates to meet. Important among those to get acquainted with was new co-driver, Christian Miller.

Of course, another important member of the team was there also -- the C360R Acura TSX #75.

"I was immediately comfortable in the car," enthused York. "C360R crew chief, Ray Lee, clearly has great ability to assemble a first-class car. The crew and he worked hard and smart all weekend long as I and my teammates came to grips with testing."

"Each session was an opportunity for me to learn more about the TSX. I certainly feel that it's going to be a competitive platform this season." noted York.

Indeed, York was eighth fastest in Sunday's afternoon session, five-hundredths of a second from the pace of fellow C360R teammate and 2007 KONI Challenge Series champion, Adam Burrows.

The Compass360/Racing team will be ready for the 2008 KONI Challenge Series' first race to be held at Daytona International Speedway on January 25.
