James Gue and Bret Seafuse, co-drivers of the No. 37 JBS Motorsports Ford Mustang FR500C, will return to action in the Grand-Am KONI Challenge Series race at Iowa Speedway this weekend. The duo, which has put together four-straight top-10 finishes, placed fourth in Iowa last year.

JAMES GUE - No. 37 JBS Motorsports Ford Mustang FR500C

YOU GUYS JUST MISSED OUT ON A PODIUM AND FINISHED FOURTH AT IOWA LAST YEAR. "Last year, I thought, it was a very good result. All through practice we were struggling and the Mustangs definitely weren't in the top-10 in outright speed. But we found out pretty quickly in the race that the torque of the Ford engine got us all off of the slow corners and the car races really well. I think it kind of surprised everyone to see that many Mustangs at the front. We learned a lot from last year. That was the first time that we went to that track, so it was new for everyone. These last few races, and from the race last year, we've learned a lot and I fully expect to be solidly in the top- five again."

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE WHEN RACING AT A TRACK LIKE IOWA, WHICH IS AN OVAL WITH AN INFIELD ROAD COURSE? "I think anytime you go to a road-course oval, there's always going to be a big compromise in setup; between getting the car comfortable in the banking versus getting it comfortable turning right and left in the infield. I think this year, which we didn't have last year - which is going to be the biggest issue - it's such a small tight track and it's going to be a combined race this year, I think that's going to play into it more so than anything."

YOU'RE COMING OFF OF A SECOND-PLACE FINISH AT BARBER AND YOU'VE HAD FOUR- STRAIGHT TOP-10 FINISHES. DO YOU THINK THAT YOUR CAR IS SET UP AS WELL AS IT CAN BE? "There's always room for improvement. Every race, we keep fine- tuning a little more and more. We don't do any testing apart from the race weekend. So obviously those are our test sessions. Every weekend we continue to fine-tune and we get better with strategy. And the whole team has been working together now for such a long time that it's all coming together. It's not one thing, it's just a combination of everything coming together."
