EXHAUST NOTES: Following the team's series-leading (and record-tying) fifth win of the season at Sonoma, Pruett continues to be the winningest driver in the history of the Daytona Prototype class (12), and is now one victory shy of James Weaver's Rolex Series record for overall wins (13). Pruett increased his lead in the Rolex Series Laps Led category (243) after pacing 26 laps at Infineon Raceway, and Diaz remains in second with 149...CGRFS engine supplier Lexus took the overall lead in the Manufacturer Standings (486-484) over Pontiac following Round 13...CGRFS constructor Riley leads Crawford (+58) in the Chassis Standings...on the strength of six team wins through 13 rounds in 2006 (no.01 and no.02 cars), CGRFS has led 734 of 2024 total laps, or 36%.

MILLER MOTORSPORTS PARK HISTORY: Inaugural event for the Rolex Sports Car Series in Utah. To date, the no.01 CompUSA Lexus-Riley has won 12 times in 39 career Grand American starts, a winning percentage of 0.31.

We're winning races and controlling our own destiny, and at this point, that's all you can ask from us. I think we still have an outside shot at the driver's title, but anything can happen in a nine-hour race. We tested here earlier this season in July, so hopefully we'll be able to put what we learned to work for us on Saturday."

"Winning two races in a row is great, and it means a lot to know we continue to be competitive when it counts late in the season. But we still are in a hole because of some unfortunate circumstances earlier in the year. The Lexus power has been great for us the last two races, and the team has made some great calls from pit lane to get us to victory lane. Miller Park is a new venue for the Daytona Prototypes, and closing out the year on an almost five-mile track should be very exciting."
