VIRGINIA FOR THE FOURTH ROUND OF THE SEASON
24/04/2008 - Just a week after the Mexico City Weekend, the Grand Am championship is back on track this Saturday in Virginia for the "Bosch International 250", the fourth round of the season.
In this occasion Matteo Bobbi will have a temporary new team-mate: Antonio Garcia will in fact be absent due to a conflicting commitment and will be replaced by the British driver Tom Kimber-Smith.
Out of the racing tracks, charity commitment for the Milanese driver that decided to support the ONLUS "Bimbingamba", a charity foundation grown in these years also thanks to the work of Alex Zanardi and aimed at giving children in need the possibility to solve the problem of the lack of superior or inferior limbs.
Matteo Bobbi:
"The short time between a race and the next one did not allow us to work on the development of the car that in Virginia will be lined up in the same configuration employed in Mexico. We hope to finish the race: obviously to get a good result in a race one has first to finish it and this is our objective in this moment."
