Lancieri to compete at Vallelunga IGTC

Gabriele Lancieri has been invited by the Ebimotors Team to participate in the final round of the Italian GT championship which will be held in Vallelunga on Sunday, September 19th.

Lancieri will team up with Massimo Pigoli and will race with the Porsche 996 GT3 RSR. This invitation brings satisfaction to the driver from Imola who made an excellent performance 2 weeks ago at the Imola track in the FIA GT championship. Lancieri; who was on board the American Saleen, finished his stint in 4th place (he was 2 in the GT category) right behind the debuting Maserati.

"I'm very happy Ebimotors invited me to compete in the Vallelunga race. The Roman track is also a circuit that brings me a lot of luck .In fact; I have won there many times in different categories, including the F3000 Italian championship.

I don't know the car in depth but I hope to repay the team with a good race for having faith in me."
