Biagi back in Zolder...
Where he won his second GT1 Title
Zolder (BE), October 23rd 09 Next Sunday in Zolder, Belgium, the last manche of FIA GT Championship will be disputed, after exactly two years from the victory of his second FIA GT Title for Thomas Biagi, driving Maserati MC12 of Vitaphone Racing Team at the end of an enthusiastic and battled race.
"In Zolder I have lived one of the best days of my life, despite the sad memories for Gilles Villeneuve. This year I am not struggling for the title as in 2007, I'll have less pressure Thomas sais but after winning the starting race of LMP2 (1000 Km in Barcelona), I would like to end up this year with the podium I have nearly got out of three races at the steering wheel of Luc Alphand Corvette. Our vehicle pilot wheel combination is great. The strategy will be determining. I will give my best also in order to help Xavier Maassen and the team closing the championship in the third place".
