Dear Friends,
We sincerely thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. We know that our Dad will be remembered for the legacy he left and the way he touched many people's lives. He would be overwhelmed to see the tremendous outpour from the racing community, his friends and those close to the family.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, if anyone would like to make a donation in John Burns' name, that they make it to one of the following charities, with which he was a supporter.
Motorports Ministries

Memorials are scheduled for John J. Burns for November 7 at Road Atlanta during Sunday's "quiet hour" and November 21st at Sebring International Raceway at 12 noon.
