Abhishek Vasudev lined up on pole position at the Kari Motor Speedway for the second Honda one-make race, which acted as a support event to the National Motorcycle Championship.
Although Vasudev was able to make a clean getaway, he was soon overtaken by Asia Road Racing Championship rider Anish Shetty and dropped down to second.
Meanwhile, Senthil, who scored points on his debut Thai Talent Cup appearance, was slowly carving his way up the pack and suddenly found himself in the lead on lap six.
Shetty put on a counter challenge and passed Senthil, only for the latter to retake the lead on the following tour.
Their battle also allowed Abhishek Vasudev and B Aravind to close the gap to the front, leading to a thrilling four-way showdown for victory.
Senthil started the final lap down in third position but somehow managed to pass both Shetty and Vasudev to win by just 0.032s.
Vasudev finished another tenth adrift of Sethu in third, while Aravind slipped down to 11th on the following tour, allowing Satyanarayana Raju and Anthony Peter to finish inside the top five.
The race, which took place on a completely dry track as supposed to yesterday, saw only three non-finishers.
