With the reverse grid coming into force for Race 4, Vikash Anand was on pole, while Gowda was second and Nayan Chatterjee third. Australian Ricky Capo started fourth, while Prasad and Reddy took the next two spots on the grid.

In the first lap itself, Gowda took the lead. Prasad had moved up to the second place and within the third lap, he had moved to the front of the field.

Prasad was slowly extending his lead at the front of the pack. Gowda was second and Reddy had moved up from the sixth place on the grid to third. Reddy was the winner of the first race and hence had to start the next race sixth on the grid.

Prasad continued to build a mssive lead at the front, while Reddy was slowly beginning to threaten Gowda.

Meanwhile, Manav Sharma went off the track in the seventh lap and the safety car was brought out.

But when the safety car went back in, Prasad went right ahead and built a good lead. Reddy had also built up a gap.

Third-placed Gowda was struggling to keep the rest of the cars behind him. Capo was all over the rear of Gowda’s car. But they hung on to stay these positions.

At the end of it, Prasad was left a happy man.
