Tom Brown - Chief Engineer

"Spring Training this year was a very interesting experience for us. It has taken years for us to assemble a team of this caliber to support two full- time entries for the season. And when you consider that we essentially started over three years ago - let's just say we're extremely proud of the progress we've made.

"Brian Ma, who is assigned to Mario's car, is the youngest race engineer in the Champ Car paddock but he's quite experienced. Chris Gorne has an extensive engineering background and brings an interesting perspective to the work. It's great having fresh engineering input from them. You forgetize how much more information you can gather and the progress you can make with two rather than one car. We've done a great deal of extra development work in just the last month. Now we feel confident we'll be able to be competitive, week in, week out."
