Oriol Servià, #96 Telefónica/Toyota-Reynard

"I was easy on my first set of tires, and that really helped. I was having some trouble with my brakes, a lot of vibration, but probably everyone experienced that. My pop-off valve was open the last 30 laps and I had no boost, so that was a little frustrating. There was a lot of crazy situations in the race today, I was very lucky to be able to drive away from the big accident on lap 78."

Cristiano da Matta, #97 Pioneer Electronics/WorldCom/Toyota-Reynard

"I made a mistake and put myself into the tires, which was very unfortunate. The rest of my problems were the consequence of a bad starting position. Until the first stop I had a lot of understeer. Then it got much better, until I went off. It has been a pretty frustrating weekend for us. I am sorry for my guys and the rest of the team, that I could not have given them a better finish."
