DREYER & REINBOLD RACING COMPLETES QUALIFYING AT THE CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY
Milka Duno qualifies 20th; Buddy Rice qualifies 22nd

JOLIET, Ill. - Dreyer & Reinbold Racing drivers found themselves turning their fastest laps all weekend during qualifying on Saturday afternoon at the Chicagoland Speedway.

Dangerously flirting with the dead-last spots on the timing charts during practice, the team rebounded to move up several positions in the lineup during qualifying. Both teams are confident in finding even more speed to move up higher in the order come race time.

Duno lead the team, turning in the fastest four-lap average among the two drivers. She went out 18th in the qualifying line and put down an average speed of 212.857 mph, taking 1:42.8298 to complete her six-mile run. Her run gave her a 20th-place starting position for Sunday's race.

Rice followed 21st in line and turned in an average speed of 212.682 mph. He finished his six-mile run in 1:42.9140, giving him the 22nd starting spot in the race.

The Peak Antifreeze & Motor Oil Indy 300 can be seen on Sunday live in HD on ABC at 3:30 p.m. ET.

QUOTES

#15 DAD'S ROOT BEER/DREYER & REINBOLD RACING Honda Dallara Driver Buddy Rice

"We were expecting more, for sure. We'll just have to go back and evaluate things, make our adjustments, and get ready for tomorrow. We want to get the Dad's Root Beer car up there. We've done it all year. We don't always qualify the best, but we've always had good race cars that find their way to the front and get into the top-ten where we should be running at. We'll just have to hunker down and do it again tomorrow."

#23 CITGO/DREYER & REINBOLD RACING Honda Dallara Driver Milka Duno

"The engineers did a good job with the car, and we had our fastest time with qualifying. We continue to work on adjustments and will prepare for tomorrow's race."
