Track: 1.5-mile oval near Dallas Fort Worth

Race distance: 248 laps / 372 miles

Firestone tires per entry: 14 sets to use throughout the two practice sessions, qualifying and the race

2018 race winner: Scott Dixon (Chip Ganassi Racing-Honda).
Helio Castroneves (Team Penske) holds the record for the most number of wins here (4), while of the active drivers, Dixon is top with three – 2008, ’15 and ’18. Will Power has won twice (2011 and 2017), while active one-time TMS winners are Tony Kanaan (2004), Ed Carpenter (2014) and Graham Rahal (2016).
At the race’s previous venue, the oval at College Station, TX, AJ Foyt scored four wins.

2018 pole winner: Josef Newgarden (Team Penske-Chevrolet), 220.613mph.
Of the active drivers, Power holds the most poles here (three), with Dixon, Charlie Kimball and Newgarden on one each.
