St. Pete: Dreyer & Reinbold Racing preview

DREYER & REINBOLD RACING READY FOR ST. PETERSBURG

St.Petersburg, FL (March 24, 2010)- After a successful season opener in Brazil two weeks ago, Dreyer & Reinbold Racing is ready to hit the ground running again this weekend for the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. The team is set to strike the Florida streets with its two road/street racing pros, Mike Conway (No. 24 Dad's Root Beer), and Justin Wilson (No. 22 Z-Line Designs).

Ready to settle some unfinished business this weekend is team veteran, Mike Conway. The Briton made his IZOD IndyCar Series debut at the 1.80-mile circuit last year, but unfortunately he was unable to shine that weekend due to making contact with Dan Wheldon, which ended his race early. Conway is fully focused and prepared to make a mark at this year's event. He quickly proved in Brazil that he is ready to earn some good results this season. The 26-year old stayed out of trouble all race long and currently sits 8th in the championship.

It's a similar story for Conway's teammate, Wilson. The Brit showed his blistering speed in Brazil last weekend when he qualified on the second row for the season opener. He is prepared to do the same this weekend as well. Wilson has had a number of successes at the famed street course. In 2009, he started second, led 52 laps, and finished in third position on the podium, and in 2008, he started third and finished 9th.

Dreyer & Reinbold Racing will be on track for the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg in St. Petersburg, Florida on March 28th. Justin Wilson, Z-Line Designs No. 22 DRR: "I feel like I know what I want from the Z-Line Designs car at St. Petersburg. It's a very tough and demanding track. When you are on the airport section of the circuit it's high speed, and then when you get to the street part it's very tight and twisty, so it's very difficult. I'm going to keep working away at things and I'm hoping that we can be strong. The plan is to get the Z-Line Designs car on the podium."

Mike Conway, No. 24 Dad's Root Beer: "I'm looking forward to going back to St. Pete. I have some unfinished business with that place in regards to how it went for me last year. With that in mind, I can't wait to get on track and put the Dad's Root Beer car up front."
