* THE CONSISTENT KIDS: Both Vision Racing and Bryan Herta Autosport have hired a pair of consistent drivers for the 2009 Firestone Indy Lights Season and so far the results of both James Davison and Daniel Herrington knocking on the door of the top-five of the championship point standings. Both Davison and Herrington have only finished outside of the top-ten once in the ten races so far this season.

* THE CENTURY MARK: The Firestone Indy Lights series is celebrating its 100th event this weekend with the Kentucky 100 and both Vision Racing and Bryan Herta Autosport are pleased to take part in the momentous race. The Kentucky 100 will be BHA's 11th race while Vision Racing will competing in its 25th Indy Lights event since 2005.

* TOP-TEN IN POINTS: Vision Racing and Davison are currently sixth in the Firestone Indy Lights championship point standings with 256 points 116 points behind the leader). BHA and Herrington are currently in the seventh place with 240 points (132 points behind the leader) In ten races so far this season, both Davison and Herrington have only one finish outside of the top-ten.

* GOING 'LIGHT' FOR FIRST TIME EVER, AND SINCE 2005: For recently formed Bryan Herta Autosport, the 2009 Firestone Indy Lights season is their first and the Kentucky 100 will be the organization's 11th race. Meanwhile, Vision Racing is entering Indy Lights competition for the first time since 2005. The Kentucky 100 will be Vision's 25th Indy Lights event overall. It will be both BHA's first trip to Kentucky Speedway to race and Vision Racing's second visit. However, both teams tested on the 1.5-mile oval earlier this season.

James Davison - No. 21 People's Liberation/Vision Racing Dallara/Firestone:

Started third at Edmonton and overcame contact to earn a top-ten finish.

* AT KENTUCKY: Davison is making his second Firestone Indy Lights start at Kentucky Speedway. In his first attempt on the 1.5-mile oval last season with Sam Schmidt Motorsports, Davison started fifth and finished on the podium in the second spot. Last year's second place drive was a career-best on an oval for Davison.

* MOST RECENTLY: After a third place starting spot last weekend at the Edmonton City Centre Airport, Davison maintained the third position through to the midway point of the 50 lap race before handling issues and then contact from behind, courtesy of an impatient Ana Beatriz in Turn 10, set him back. The People's Liberation sponsored pilot eventually held on for a tenth place finish.

Daniel Herrington - No. 28 Le Bleu/Bryan Herta Autosport Dallara/Firestone:

Finished ninth last weekend at Edmonton and has only finished outside of top-ten once in ten races.

* AT KENTUCKY: Herrington is making his second Firestone Indy Lights start at Kentucky Speedway after qualifying ninth and finishing 11th for Andersen Racing last year.

* CONSISTENCY IS KEY: In the ten races this season Herrington has finished in the top-five once and the top-ten eight times. The recent North Carolina State University graduate is currently seventh in the championship point standings.

* MOST RECENTLY: After starting ninth at the Edmonton City Centre Airport road course last weekend, Herrington dropped positions early in the race only to charge his way back up to take the ninth spot back to finish the race.

* LOOKING FOR BHA'S FIRST WIN: Herrington is aiming for BHA's first Firestone Indy Lights victory in the team's debut season. A win by Herrington would also be his first in Firestone Indy Lights competition.

* BMOC: Herrington has officially wrapped up his role as "big man on campus" at North Carolina State University as he graduated Magna Cum Laude in May with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* DANIEL AT-A-GLANCE: The 2009 Firestone Indy Lights season has Herrington competing in his first full season with first-year team, Bryan Herta Autosport. Herrington has participated in two partial seasons in both 2007 and 2008. His best finish is third at Watkins Glen International in 2007. He competed in eight races last season for two different teams and recorded four top-10 finishes. He hopes to record a first Indy Lights victory for himself and BHA in their debut season.
