Ed Hardy

Ed Hardy became an Autosport writer in November 2023. He started the role just months after becoming NCTJ accredited, where he did his journalism training with News Associates in Manchester. It was during his post-grad that Ed covered just about every sport there is - a form of quidditch included - and published stories for Sky Sports, The Times, Six Nations and more, with a night reporting at the 2022 BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award ceremony added in. Ed’s love for motorsport began at a very young age, his father was a big influence, and he started undertaking work within the industry during his first year at university in 2019.
