It was the wild 1990s when Sebastian developed a passion for motorsport on two wheels. During his Grand Prix visits, he watched the duels of Mick Doohan, Kevin Schwantz and other legends of the sport closely. It was during that time when Sebastian first fell in love. The legendary Ducati 916 with its sensual shapes and beguiling V2 sound magically attracted him from the very beginning. In the golden era of the World Superbike Championship, he cheered for Carl Fogarty and later Troy Bayliss. Before the start of the 2011 season, his leisure activity turned into profession. As a freelancer for Motorsport-Total.com, Sebastian initially started writing Formula 1 articles, but then returned to his original passion. He still has an intimate relationship with the World Superbike Championship in particular. On free weekends in summer, he likes to swap the keyboard for his own superbike and compete with other hobby racers at trackdays. Apart from that, Sebastian is an enthusiastic marathon runner and mountain biker.
