CKI ANNOUNCES PRIZE PACKAGE FOR 2010 WSK NORTH AMERICAN SERIES

Tempe, AZ -- The WSK North American Series by CKI is pleased to announce their prize package for their 2010 national campaign. With the first event taking place April 9 -11 at the New Castle Motorsports Park in New Castle, Indiana, drivers and teams will be vying for more than a Quarter of a Million Dollars in cash and prizes throughout the 2010 racing season.

The overall prize package for each and every race weekend in the WSK North American Series by CKI is over $21,000 while the end of the year championship awards will be in excess of $83,000. While teams and drivers shoot for race wins and championships, the CKI program along with the WSK North American Series will distribute over a quarter of a million dollars in their 2010 national campaign.

"We have worked hard to put together a lucrative and very well diversified prize package that will benefit drivers and teams in our series in all classes," expressed CKI Director of Operations Kevin Williams. "There will be cash prizes, entry to events, race schools, discounted race entries, media packages and clothing awards as well as contingency awards offered to all classes. Our CKI team has done a great job in putting this package together, and we are looking forward to get the season started."

The headline KF2 class will receive a bulk of the awards as podium finishers will receive a cash payout each event totaling $1750 with $1000 going to the event winner, $500 to second and $250 to third.
