2006 O'Reilly Chili Bowl Nationals Tickets

TULSA, Okla. (February 8, 2005) -- While the most recent chapter of the prestigious O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals was completed just one month ago, preparations are already well under way for the 20th edition of the premier auto racing event to be held at Tulsa Expo Raceway on January 11-14, 2006.

Some anxious fans are getting ready as well, as many have already renewed tickets to secure seats for the 20th Annual O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals after a record 249 competitors from all variety of racing disciplines, including NASCAR, Sprint Cars, Midgets, Late Models, DIRT Modifieds and even NHRA drag racing, converged upon Tulsa last month.

Although fans have until September 20 to secure the same seats held in 2005, four-night renewals as well as new four-night ticket orders may be submitted at any time. Ticket orders may be placed via the secure, on-line site at www.chilibowl.com, or by calling 918-838-3777.

Tickets for all four nights of the 20th Annual O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals are available for just $139. Three-day tickets, at $118, will go on sale October 11.

Just a month ago, Tracy Hines became the 14th different driver to capture the coveted Golden Driller trophy by fending off a late bid from Cory Kruseman, who was vying to become the first back-to-back winner in Chili Bowl history.

Three drivers have scored multiple Chili Bowl wins, with Sammy Swindell's four triumphs atop the list. Kruseman and Dan Boorse both own a pair of victories, with single winners including Hines, Tony Stewart, Jay Drake, Billy Boat, Donnie Beechler, Andy Hillenburg, Dave Blaney, Lealand McSpadden, Johnny Heydenreich, Scott Hatton and Rich Vogler.

Additional information regarding the O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals, including more than 300 images from the 2005 Chili Bowl, is available at www.chilibowl.com.
