HANS Device to Sponsor Annual PRI Sprint and Midget Race

Atlanta, Georgia (July 26, 2007) -- HANS Performance Products announces its support for PRI's 3rd Annual Sprint and Midget Race as an Associate Sponsor.

HANS Performance Products' world leading head and neck restraint, the HANS Device, has been a crowd favorite at the PRI tradeshow for many years. Onlookers come from all turns of the wheel to understand how this acclaimed safety product can help them. Marketing Manager Andrea Walker said, "We love coming to PRI and meeting our customers, answering questions and demonstrating how the HANS Device works. The sponsorship opportunity came about with hopes to educate more drivers about the benefits of a head and neck restraint, and there is no better place to do so than the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Orlando each December."

It's no secret that a driver can experience an impact anytime on the track and short track drivers are especially vulnerable. Andrea continued, "I've seen the punishment taken by sprint and midget drivers at the Orlando Speedworld and I'm surprised they don't get abused more! We're looking forward to working with the drivers, making sure they're comfortable and are as safe and confident as possible."
