Blue Streak-Hygrade Motor Products of Mississauga and Turner Motorsports of Barrie are proud to announce their fourth year of partnership in the 2002 CASCAR Super Series.

Blue Streak is a leading supplier to the Canadian aftermarket of Engine Management and Temperature Control systems. In making this announcement, Rick Decher, Vice President and General Manager of Blue Streak said, "we are enthused about extending our partnership into a fourth exciting season in the CASCAR Super Series. It is our goal to effectively use our on track presence to showcase our broad range of quality products. To that end, this season will see the addition of our Four Seasons Temperature Control products logo on the #76 Intrepid. We are confident that our marketing goals will be met in partnership with a professional high performance team led by Al Turner".

Al Turner feels the partnership with Blue Streak gets stronger every year. The expansion of the Turner Motorsports complex was completed in the fall of 2001. "The race team is now putting the finishing touches on our four CASCAR Intrepid race cars", said Al Turner. Crew Chief Larry Cybulski of the Blue Streak Racing team said "with our added depth this year we will be able to take two prepared cars to each event giving us the luxury of having a back up". Turner Motorsports have also just taken delivery of a new team transporter, a 53 foot Featherlite hauler.

Blue Streak is very happy to join with Rick Hansen again this year in his journey to find a cure for spinal cord injury. Since early January fund raising programs have been underway at the Blue Streak corporate offices in Mississauga and will continue throughout the year. Many fund raising events are planned for CASCAR race weekends, at Customer Show Car events and at the Blue Streak annual silent auction at Schanks in Calgary. Last year Blue Streak and the racing program raised $30,000 for the Rick Hansen Institute.
