WHITLOCK AND NTN-BOWER TEAM UP FOR 2006 CASCAR CHAMPIONSHIP BID
April 3, 2006 - Wyoming, ON: Three time National Champion Dave Whitlock is pleased to welcome NTN Bearings as primary sponsor of his #39 Mopar powered Dodge Charger for the 2006 CASCAR Super Series Tour as they challenge for a fourth National Championship. NTN has been a long time supporter of Whitlock teammate Mark Dilley and Dave looks forward to campaigning their colours in 2006.
"We are really pleased that NTN have decided to return to CASCAR this year and become our primary sponsor," stated Whitlock. "They have always been a huge supporter of not only Whitlock Motorsports but the CASCAR Super Series as well. We look forward to racing in front of a large contingent of NTN customers and staff at all our events across the country."
"After taking a year off in the CASCAR series, NTN Canada will be back this year with a brand new product launch with NTN-Bower Heavy Duty Bearings which will appear across the hood of # 39 Dave Whitlock's blue and white Dodge Charger" stated NTN's Jim Dunlevy, Business Development Manager, Heavy Duty Fleet. "NTN will use CASCAR and Dave Whitlock's Charger to promote our Heavy Duty Bearings that are aimed at the trucking industry across Canada. We will also use the race series and Dave as our driver to entertain existing customers and potential customers at the race track and on-site BBQ's with our showcar that will be taken across Canada. All of us at NTN are excited to get the season going and having Dave as our driver, plus having Mark Dilley as our team mate."
