"It's good. The draw hurt us a little bit, but if we can start in the top 15 or so that will be alright. I think that will be a top 15, but I can't tell because of the temperature. It's fun. Our car is really great for the race."

THE WIND SEEMS TO BE GUSTING IN YOUR FACE OFF OF TURN FOUR. DID YOU FEEL THAT AT ALL? "The wind is a little bit of a factor, but not that much. It's OK at this track if you wiggle around quite a bit so it's really no big deal."

HOW WAS YOUR LAP? "Our lap was great. I really had a good time. It's a really fun race track and I hope that holds up for a top 15. The track is gonna get faster."

"We had a really, really good lap. We're probably gonna get beat by a lot of people, we'll be in the twenties, but the car stuck really, really good. It's probably the best car I've had in quite some time. There's a little bit more to be had there, I just wasn't sure about it."

"We ran quicker than we did in practice. We didn't run as fast as we needed to run, but this is one of my worst places qualifying. We didn't get the greatest draw and it will still end up in the middle somewhere, so it could have been worse."

DAVID GILLILAND -- No. 38 M&M's Ford Fusion (Qualified 27th)

"It was alright, but it was too free. You've got to hold on anyway and when it's free like that, you can only do so much. I feel like we improved it quite a bit from practice, but just weren't quite where we needed to be. Still, it was a good pick-up for us."
