* Andretti has 21 NEXTEL Cup Series starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway with one pole award (03/09/98) and four top-10 starts with an average start of 22.4. He has four top-15 finishes at the speedway with a track best finish of 13th (11/13/94) with an average finish of 24.6.
* BAM Racing has 11 starts at the 1.54-mile quad-oval with an average start of 33.4 and a track best start of 9th (03/18/07). The team has a track-best finish of 21st (03/18/07) and an average finish of 29.7.
John Andretti on Atlanta Motor Speedway ... "Atlanta Motor Speedway is a very fast, very fun track. Qualifying at Atlanta is always exciting. You just hold your breath and let it go! You can run from the top to the bottom of the track during the race and you never know from where someone is going to win the race. My family also owns Andretti Indoor Karting and Games in Atlanta, so we like to keep the racing fun going all year long!"
