MCMURRAY IN SHARPIE COLORS FOR BRISTOL RACE

CONCORD, NC (March 22, 2006) -- Jamie McMurray will be behind the wheel of the black and red No. 26 Sharpie Ford Fusion for the first short track race of the 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series season this weekend at the Bristol Motor Speedway. The Sharpie paint scheme will feature the Sharpie MINI marker on each door. Sharpie MINI markers are available in 16-colors and are also available with an optional lanyard.

The Sharpie MINI is also the title sponsor of the Busch Series event at the Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday afternoon. Since McMurray will not be running in the Busch race, he will join the FOX broadcast team in the Hollywood Hotel for a portion of the telecast.

Sharpie and Roush Racing have proven to be a force to be reckoned with at the Bristol Motor Speedway, combining to win four of the last eight races at the half-mile track. McMurray is no stranger to success there, either, with three top-ten finishes in his six starts.

"Racing at Bristol is a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to it -- it's our first race at a short track this year. It will be an intense 500 laps -- that's for sure. I've finished in the top-ten at Bristol three times, and I would definitely like to match that this weekend. This team has had so much success here, I feel confident about our race car going into the weekend," commented McMurray.
