Carl Edwards on racing at Dover International Speedway: “Dover has been one of our best tracks as a team and everyone at Roush Fenway Racing looks forward to going there. Our Aflac team has done a great job contending for wins and being up front at every track so I hope this week is the same and we have another shot to win. I’ve been thinking the whole week about the last two laps at Darlington, so I’m ready to get to Dover and hopefully get a win.”

Crew Chief Bob Osborne on racing at Dover International Speedway: “Dover is a difficult race track to drive and Carl really excels with cars that don’t necessarily handle well an entire race. It has a lot to do with getting the most out of what you have for a race car and he does that extremely well. The whole Roush organization runs well at Dover so hopefully we can get a win and continue to extend our lead in the point standings.”
Carl Edwards is currently leading the Sprint Cup points, 23 points ahead of Jimmie Johnson. To date he has one win, six top fives, eight top 10s and two poles this season.
