SCOTT RIGGS QUOTES:
"Dover is a track that I really enjoy driving. It is a place you can really attack, hard on the gas then hard on the brakes. The COT has changed that somewhat, the most important thing is getting this Avenger to rotate in the center of the turns and not be tight. This weekend we will be looking to have a solid run in the No. 10 Valvoline/Stanley Tools Avenger. The last two weeks we have had cut tires that have held us back from good finishes."
QUICK FACTS:
* Scott Riggs qualified 11th and finished 23rd in the spring race at "The Monster Mile."
* Riggs qualified a strong second in the Nextel Cup race at Dover last fall. That same weekend he also claimed the pole for the Busch Series race.
* The No. 10 Valvoline/Stanley Tools team has an average start of 9.6 over the last three races at Dover.
* The first top-five finish of Scott Riggs' Nextel Cup career came at Dover in 2004.
* Riggs best finish of the 2007 season came in a COT race at Martinsville this spring.
* Riggs and the No. 10 Valvoline/Stanley Tools team are 37th in owner points. They will still need to qualify for this week's race on time.
