Bliss and BAM Racing ready for Car of Tomorrow race at Dover International Speedway ... Heading into the sixth Car of Tomorrow race (CoT) of the 2007 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series season, Bliss and the BAM Racing team are ready to face the challenges of 'The Monster Mile." In 2007, the team has competed in two CoT races capturing one top-20 start and one top-20 finish both occurring at Bristol Motor Speedway. The team will unload chassis #36 in Dover which is a brand new car.

Bliss Has Storied History at Dover International Speedway... Mike Bliss has a storied history at Dover International Speedway across all three NASCAR divisions. In just two races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, he has one top-five and one top-10 start at the one-mile oval with two top-five finishes. Bliss has one top-five, two top-10 and four top-20 starts at "The Monster Mile" in the NASCAR Busch Series. All four starts resulted in top-20 finishes for Bliss.

Bliss has four NASCAR Nextel Cup Series starts at Dover International Speedway. He has one top-20 start with a track-best starting position of 20th (09/24/00) and an average starting position of 30.0. Bliss has one top-20 finish at the speedway with a track-best finish of 18th (06/05/05) and an average finish of 31.5.

Mike Bliss on Dover International Speedway ... "We have been working hard on our CoT program and will hopefully see the results of that work at Dover this weekend. We have built a brand new car and feel confident that we will qualify for the race. Track position is key at Dover because it is difficult to pass there. A good starting position and fast pit stops are also essential to success as well as tire management."
