Notes: This is the second consecutive race that Goodyear has brought this specific combination of left- and right-side tires to New Hampshire . . . both the NASCAR Nextel Cup and Craftsman Truck Series will run the same tire codes this weekend, though the Cup tires will be branded Goodyear "Eagle" while the Craftsman Truck tires will be branded Goodyear "Wrangler" . . . this is the second straight week these teams have run this tire set-up, having run it at Richmond . . . in addition to New Hampshire and Richmond, major NASCAR teams will use this combination at Phoenix, Gateway, Indianapolis Raceway Park, Memphis, Milwaukee and Pikes Peak this season . . . as on most NASCAR ovals one mile or less than in length, teams will not run inner liners in their tires at New Hampshire.
