Tire Codes: Left-side -- D-4082; Right-side -- D-4084
Tire Circumference: Left-side -- 87.3 in.; Right-side -- 88.6 in.
Technical Inspection Inflation: Left Front -- 30 psi; Left Rear -- 30 psi; Right Front -- 55 psi; Right Rear -- 50 psi
Minimum Recommended Inflation: Left Front -- 27 psi; Left Rear -- 27 psi; Right Front -- 50 psi; Right Rear -- 45 psi
Notes: This is the first time that Goodyear has brought these two tire codes (left-side: D-4082; right-side: D-4084) to the track . . . the change from the spring race at Talladega (April 29) came mostly as a result of NASCAR deciding to run the "Car of Tomorrow" at the superspeedway this time around . . . also because of that, Nextel Cup teams will be running different tire codes than Craftsman Truck teams this weekend . . . this is the only race remaining on the 2007 Nextel Cup schedule at which Nextel Cup teams will run this tire setup . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Talladega . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.

Number of Tires: Left-side -- 375; Right-side -- 375
Tire Codes: Left-side -- D-4046; Right-side -- D-4068
Tire Circumference: Left-side -- 87.9 in.; Right-side -- 88.4 in.
Technical Inspection Inflation: Left Front -- 30 psi; Left Rear -- 30 psi; Right Front -- 55 psi; Right Rear -- 50 psi
Minimum Recommended Inflation: Left Front -- 27 psi; Left Rear -- 27 psi; Right Front -- 50 psi; Right Rear -- 45 psi
Notes: This is the second straight race at Talladega Superspeedway that teams in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will run this specific combination of left- and right-side tires . . . Talladega is the only track at which this tire setup is run by truck series teams . . . mainly because the Nextel Cup cars are running the "Car of Tomorrow" this weekend, Craftsman Truck teams are running a distinct tire setup . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Talladega . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
