Phenomenal Forecast for Ford Championship Weekend
NASCAR's closest Chase Championship ever to be decided under beautiful climate conditions at Homestead-Miami Speedway

MIAMI-- On Sunday, Homestead-Miami Speedway will host a one-race shootout to decide the closest Sprint Cup Championship race in Chase history. Denny Hamlin enters Ford Championship Weekend (Nov.19-21) with a 15-point lead over four-time reigning Champion Jimmie Johnson and just a 46-point margin over Kevin Harvick. With Homestead-Miami Speedway annually selling tickets to fans in over a dozen countries and all 50 states, a global NASCAR fan base is set to enjoy Ford Championship Weekend in temperatures ranging from 65 degrees to 81 degrees under the Florida sunshine. All three of NASCAR's premier racing circuits--the Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series--will crown Champions in South Florida. Parking is FREE at Homestead-Miami Speedway all weekend, and fans can bring their own food and drink into the Speedway in a cooler not to exceed 14x14x14 inches.

In addition to the beautiful weather forecast throughout the weekend for NASCAR's Championship finales Friday, Saturday and Sunday, fans can enjoy pre-race entertainment by KC and the Sunshine Band, a national anthem set to be performed by former Poison front-man Bret Michaels, and exclusive driver appearances scheduled to include Danica Patrick, South Florida resident Juan Pablo Montoya, two-time Daytona 500 winner Michael Waltrip, three-decade fan-favorite Mark Martin and more. KIDS FREE: NASCAR's series-crowning Ford Championship Weekend returns to Homestead-Miami Speedway THIS WEEKEND. Kids 12 & under are admitted FREE (general admission) for Friday night's Camping World Truck Series Championship and for just $10 (reserved seats) for Saturday's Nationwide Series Championship. Tickets for Sunday's Sprint Cup Championship start at $55.
