Indianapolis: Kenny Wallace preview

STACKER 2 TEAM TESTED TO PREPARE FOR BRICKYARD 400--

"We went to Indy to test for the Brickyard after we raced at Chicago. We brought two cars and tested both of them. One of them felt great everywhere on the track and was a half second faster than the other. So, I think we'll be competitive. We need to get the handling package under us and then we'll be sure to be competitive. I'd like to go to Indy and run well and have a good finish that we've all worked so hard to get. We need to get the monkey off our back. We have had a lot of misfortune the past few weeks. We had a tire go down in Chicago and we were running 13th and then we had a broken ball joint in New Hampshire, so we're all ready to run well and finish well."

WHAT STACKER 2 CAR WILL THE TEAM RUN THIS WEEKEND--

The #23 Stacker 2 car Kenny Wallace will run this weekend is car #75. It is one of the cars they tested with at Indianapolis Motor Speedway this month.

WHAT KENNY WALLACE HAS GOING ON THIS WEEKEND--

* Wallace will visit the Stacker 2 souvenir trailer at some point this weekend to sign autographs. Please check with the trailer for the times of his visit.

* Wallace will visit the Stacker 2 hospitality suite on Sunday morning, where he will meet their guests for the weekend.

HOW KENNY WALLACE SPENT HIS WEEK--

Wallace spent the week in the Midwest racing on dirt. He first went to Terre Haute on Tuesday and then joined several other Winston Cup drivers at I-55 Speedway, in Pevely, MO for M&M's Night of Stars. He signed autographs and raced against other Winston Cup drivers. The vent was held to raise money for the Victory Junction Gang Camp.
