KEVIN HARVICK , NO. 29 SHELL-PENNZOIL IMPALA SS, QUALIFIED 3RD:
"It was a little bit sketchy. I think we were the fifth car to out after the rain. Just a little bit too loose, got in the wall there just a touch. It was a good time lap for us. If we had to do it again, we would probably tighten the car up just a little bit. The car has been really good all day and we are looking forward to Sunday."
IF THEY BANKED THE CORNERS AT THIS TRACK, WOULD IT DRASTICALLY AFFECT THE RACING HERE?
"I think it would obviously change it. I don't think Bruton (Smith) is going to do anything to the track to make it any worse by any means. I think he wants to make the facility better. I like the flatter race tracks. I think the different styles that we go to, Richmond is obviously pretty racy race track and it is flat. I think he is probably looking to make some improvements to the race track in all areas where there is a little bit of banking here and there. I think I we will just leave it in his hands. We don't want another mile and a half race track. I think I can speak for most everybody in the garage. I think we need some tracks maybe with a little bit different character, but I don't think we need another mile and a half track."
