Jayski hears Kyle Petty will have a special paint scheme on the #44 Hot Wheels Pontiac for Daytona dealing with the Universal Studios Blues Brothers movie sequel due for release on February 6, 1998. Blues Brothers 2000 is directed by John Landis, it sees Dan Aykroyd return as Elwood Blues and John Goodman featured as Mighty Mack McTeer. This deal was rumored to be going to Rusty Wallace, but Miller supposedly squashed it. ===== Jayski also now hears only 3-4 Hendrick employees left for the #14 Earnhardt team, not 14 as reported earlier. ===== Ron Hornaday III will make his debut in the popular NASCAR Winter Heat Series in a NASCAR Late Model on Saturday at Tucson Raceway Park in Arizona. Hornaday, 18, hopes to compete in all six events scheduled for the "made-for-TV" series. Ron III is Craftsman Truck racing Ron Hornaday Jr.'s son (may seem obvious, but ya never know) (NASCAR Online) ===== Here's a NASCAR-related web site to check out if you have the time, and web access:
