SCOTT RIGGS QUOTES:
"Last week at Dover was a step in the right direction toward the top 35 cutoff. It is our goal this weekend to make another step forward. Rodney and the guys have made some significant progress on addressing the handling with this new Dodge Charger nose and I feel confident we will have a good car heading into this weekend's race. We finished in the top 10 with the Valvoline/Stanley Tools Dodge in this race last year at Pocono and we will be looking to improve on that result this weekend."
QUICK FACTS:
* The No. 10 Valvoline/Stanley Tools Dodge Charger came away with their best finish of eighth at the 2.5-mile triangle last season.
* Riggs has an average qualifying spot of 12.2 in his last four Pocono starts.
* The Valvoline/Stanley Tools Dodge gained a position in points as a result of last week's finish at Dover and now sit 36th in Owners Points 86 points out of the top 35.
* Based on Valvoline Evernham Racing position in Nextel Cup Owners Points the team will need to qualify for this weekend's race on time.
