o Heading into Sunday's DuraLube 400 at North Carolina Motor Speedway, Steve Park behind the wheel of the #1 Pennzoil Chevrolet Monte Carlo hopes to use last year's information as a catapult to the team's first top-10 finish at the 1.017-mile oval.

o Steve Park and the Pennzoil team are focused for "The Rock" after a disappointing finish at Daytona when an overheating problem forced the #1 Monte Carlo into the pits several times, relegating them to a 31st- place finish.

o Although his best Winston Cup finish at Rockingham (15th) occurred last fall, Steve Park worked his way into a sixth-place finish during the Busch event in 1997.
