David Reutimann Quotes:
Texas: "Texas Motor Speedway is another fast track. It is easier to pass at Texas than most and it is a track that I have had my eye on now for a few weeks."
Expectations: "The #00 Domino's Pizza team has a great opportunity to perform very well at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend. The people at Michael Waltrip Racing and Toyota keep working hard, and we're hoping this weekend will be a continuation of last weekend's good run in the Busch Series."
Thoughts: I really enjoy racing on this track and have had some good finishes here in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. So, I definitely think the #00 Domino's Pizza Toyota can have a good run at Texas this weekend, and continue to gain positions in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup points."
Quick Facts:
* David Reutimann is attempting to qualify for his 1st NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Race at Texas Motor Speedway
* David has 8 starts at Texas Motor Speedway, 6 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and 2 in the NASCAR Busch Series
* David has collected 3 top fives and 5 top tens in 8 starts at Texas Motor Speedway
* Reutimann's best finish at Texas Motor Speedway was 3rd in 2004 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
* Texas Motor Speedway: Starting Avg. 12.8 -- Finishing Avg. 14.4
* David is currently 3rd in the NNCS Raybestos Rookie Standings
