ALL-STAR EFFORT: In Saturday night's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS), three Camry drivers finished among the top-five in the 100-lap exhibition event -- Martin Truex Jr. (second), Joey Logano (third) and Denny Hamlin (fourth). Truex won the 40-lap Showdown earlier in the night to transfer into the All-Star race, where he started 19th in the Michael Waltrip Racing (MWR) No. 56 Camry. Truex worked his way into the top-10 for the final 10-lap segment of the All-Star event, avoided a multi-car incident and finished 0.358 seconds behind race-winner Kurt Busch on the second 'green-white-checkered flag' finish.

REUTIMANN REVELED IN THE RAIN: David Reutimann earned his first career NSCS victory -- and gave MWR its first series win -- in last year's rain-postponed and shortened Coca-Cola 600 at CMS. Reutimann's crew chief Rodney Childers elected to keep the No. 00 Aaron's Dream Machine Camry out on the track during a caution just past the halfway point (lap 222), where he led five yellow flag laps before the race was red-flagged due to heavy rain -- and never restarted. It was the first NSCS win for a TRD (Toyota Racing Development)-built engine.

CAN KYLE CLAIM CHARLOTTE CUP WIN?: Kyle Busch has 18 career NSCS race wins, but a victory at CMS has eluded the 25-year-old racer. Busch has one pole (May 2008) at the speedway, along with three top -five and six top-10 finishes, but the 1.5-mile oval is one of only eight tracks on the current 22-track NSCS schedule where Busch has yet to take a victory bow following a Sprint Cup event.

BUSCH WAS BEST: Last October, Busch earned his fifth career NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) victory at the 1.5-mile oval in his 13th NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start at Charlotte. In 2008, Busch swept both Nationwide Series races at the speedway -- earning the spring win in a Braun Racing Camry and the fall win in a Joe Gibbs Racing Camry. Busch has led the most laps in four of the five events he has won at the track. In addition to his five wins, Busch has also earned nine top-five and 10 top- 10 finishes.

TUNDRA TAMES CHARLOTTE: Busch earned the first win for a Tundra at CMS in Friday night's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race at the track. Busch started from the pole and became the first driver to win from the pole in a NCWTS race at the 1.5-mile oval. The 25-year-old driver battled a loose truck in the early going, brushing the outside wall, which resulted in damage to the right side of his truck. His crew repaired the damage during a mid-race pit stop, and the Las Vegas-native worked his way through the field to take the lead again on lap 118 (of 134). He survived a pair of late race restarts to cross the finish line just ahead of fellow Toyota driver Todd Bodine and claim his 70th NASCAR national series victory.

CAMRY CLAIMS K&N CHECKERS: Max Gresham earned his second consecutive win in the NASCAR K&N East Series race on Sunday at Iowa Speedway -- an combination event that featured both the East and West Series. The 17-year-old Griffin, Ga.-native led 14 (of 201) laps en route to his second career win in the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 18 Camry. Two additional Camry drivers finished in the top-10 on Sunday -- Ryan Truex (sixth) and Eric Holmes (10th). Gresham remains atop the point standings with fellow Camry drivers Truex (third) and Cole Whitt (fourth) also in the top-five.
