* This Week's Charger... The No. 12 Penske Dodge Charger team will use chassis PRS-723 during Sunday's second road course race of the season at Watkins Glen International (WGI). This chassis last competed at Infineon Raceway in June.

* First Timer... Keselowski will be making his first NASCAR Cup Series start at WGI this weekend. WGI is the only remaining track on the schedule where Keselowski has yet to make a start in the Cup Series.

* Learning the Roads... While Keselowski is still learning his way around the road courses in the NASCAR Cup Series, he was able to race his way up to second-place in the Cup Series race at Infineon in June. A late-race incident, however, forced him to retire early and kept him from challenging for the win.

Brad Keselowski on Watkins Glen International

"Watkins Glen is an extremely fast road course. It's not nearly as technical as Sonoma and it doesn't require as much finesse, but you still have to hit your marks. At the Glen you need to concentrate on where you can brake heavily and where you can put the power down when you need to so that you carry big runs down the straightaway. To me, Watkins Glen is more of a stock car driver's road course. You can throw your car around a little more than Sonoma, especially with the new runoff areas, because you don't have to worry about getting stuck in the sand traps anymore."

Brad Keselowski on whether he has become a better road course racer this season

"I feel like I have become a much better road racer this year after the Sonoma race and the Nationwide Series race at Road America. I have a lot of confidence in our road course program on the No. 12 Penske Dodge Charger. I feel like we had a shot to win at Sonoma at one point. We just needed it to stay green, but I felt very good about our performance out there. We just need to execute and get the finish we deserve. We're bringing the same car to the Glen that we had at Sonoma. We just need to finish off the weekend with a solid result."

Crew chief Jay Guy on preparing for Watkins Glen

"I really enjoy road course racing because it represents a different set of challenges from a normal, oval weekend. The two road courses that we run on, however, are 'night and day' different from each other. Watkins Glen is a high-speed course that is well-suited for stock cars. There is actually some banking in some of the corners and you don't have to be as technical as you do at Infineon (Raceway). You really have to pay attention to forward drive throughout the race at the Glen. The goal is to find a balance that will allow you to pit early and also race hard at the end."
