MILLER'S TIME -- Miller returns to the driver's seat of the REESE'S Chevrolet this weekend after a two-week hiatus. Miller last drove the REESE'S Chevy at California Speedway, Sept. 3, when he started eighth and finished 23rd. Miller's best finish of the season came during the Wallace Family Tribute in St. Louis, where he started fifth and finished sixth. He also finished 10th the week before at Pikes Peak.

REESE'S WIN -- The REESE'S Racing team made another strong showing at the .75-mile Richmond International Raceway. Harvick started the Emerson Radio 250 in the eighth position and won the race in a dominating fashion. Harvick led 149 of 250 laps. It was Harvick's third win of the season and the 16th win of his Busch Series career.

NO. 21 AT "THE MONSTER MILE" -- This will be only the second time in REESE'S history that Harvick will not be behind the wheel of the No. 21 Chevy at Dover International Speedway. Former Hershey's Racing driver Johnny Sauter drove the No. 21 Chevy in the 2003 Spring race, starting 24th and finishing 21st. Harvick, however, has seen great success at Dover. In just four starts behind the wheel of the REESE'S Chevy, he has one pole and three top-10 finishes.

PREVIOUSLY AT DOVER -- Harvick dominated the first 130 laps during the spring race at Dover, but a crash, with 54 laps remaining, took him out of contention for the win. Harvick started second and finished 29th.

TESTING ALL CYLINDERS -- The REESE'S Racing team and Brandon Miller tested the No. 21 at Dover International Raceway Sept. 13-14. The REESE'S team and Miller are also scheduled to test at Lowe's Motor Speedway Sept. 27-28. Miller's teammate Clint Bowyer will accompany him to these tests to give Miller pointers on lines to run at the tracks. It also gives Miller a chance to learn the track before the REESE'S team goes there for race weekend.

TEAM STANDINGS -- The REESE'S Racing team is fourth in the Busch Series Owner Standings with 254 points less than the leader.

QUOTEBOOK AND NOTES:

Crew Chief Ricky Viers on Dover -- "We've been running well lately, and I look to carry that over into this weekend. We tested here last week and it was pretty promising. We had a chance to win the spring race but got caught in a wreck. I think we should leave Dover with a pretty good finish.

On the test at Dover -- "We had a pretty good test. I think Brandon learned a lot. It really helps when we can test with Brandon so he is not seeing the track for the first time during practice. I think he got really comfortable with the track. We've got a good starting point for this weekend."

Brandon Miller on this test at Dover -- "Our test went really well. I learned a lot, and I got really comfortable with the track. I really found the grooves. We should have a pretty good showing this weekend."

* Miller made his NASCAR Busch Series debut at Kansas in 2004. He finished 16th.

* The REESE'S Chevy has three wins, 12 top-five finishes and 16 top-10 finishes in the 2005 Busch Series season.

* Miller will be behind the wheel of the REESE'S Chevy for four of the final seven Busch Series races (Dover, Charlotte, Memphis and Texas).

* Harvick will be behind the wheel of the REESE'S Chevy for three of the final seven Busch Series races (Kansas, Phoenix and Homestead).
